It does not matter how you do it, even if it means hiring the best from the best(competitor) Steve jobs is remembered for how he hired John Sculley (He was a marketing genius behind Pepsi). A players hire A+ Players, B players hire C players guess what E players hire? You have to hire people better than you. You should be proud to say that the marketing manager has done what i could not have done myself.
2.Reward/ Praise your best employees
Every human is always with a button that says "Make me feel special" Its our nature to want to feel appreciated at the work we do. We will always give our best when we know our efforts will be recognized.
3.Profit Share
Its good to think of sharing part of profit with your employees inform of bonus or tokens for reaching a goal whether is a task completed in good time or financial goals.
4. Be a champion of green energy/economy
Everyone this days has this cool idea of saving the world, if your products and services are environmentally friendly create a buzz about it (Let other entrepreneurs know and learn how they can help conserve our environment)
5. Participate in charity
Participate in charitable causes that help in making lives better and are in line with your business. It would be great to set about 10% of your profit to charity. It really feels good when you give or help out.
