Whats the secret to longevity? Every
one of us wants to live long enough to see their grandchildren. Is there a
formula for a long life? Its the question that begs for answers. We want stay
youthful but its the monks in the Himalayas who are able to stay young.
Scientific research has found that good sex life, eating right,exercise, drinking wine, being happy, believing in something, having good friends and positive thinking increases your chances of living long. People who tend to
indulge in life’s little pleasures and enjoy the little things that life presents
tend to live longer than those who abstain and those who take themselves
serious on anything that they do.
Eat right and
exercise
It also heavily dependent
on making healthy choices i.e. Regular exercise, avoiding alcohol even though a
little wine is good for digestion and eating portions of fruits and vegetables
a day this could add up to 14 Years in your life.
Drink Wine
Its suggested that by taking regular
small glasses of wine can extend your life even though am not recommending
excessive consumption which may be harmful. There was a study done by Dutch
Wageningen University which found out
that a half glass of wine a day can add 4 years to your life since wine
prevents blood clots and promotes good cholesterol.
Be Happy
By being happy you can live up to a decade longer. Try to find happiness and fulfillment in everything you do, worry less, expect less, appreciate the little things that live presents, childlike sense of curiosity and live in the moment.(I have never meet a four year old who is worried about their future.)

By believing in something you are
setting yourself for a purpose, something to live for, what would make you get every
day. People who have a clear defined goals and objectives tend to live longer.

Friends will help you get through tough
times, they keep you company even in times of loneliness. People who have many
friends tend to be happier and live longer.
